Portfolio Transfer and Acquisition Solutions

We believe insurance portfolios built over the years carry significant commercial value. Within our portfolio transfer and acquisition model, existing books are professionally evaluated based on criteria such as premium volume, client structure, product mix, renewal performance, and growth potential.

Our goal is not simply to take over a portfolio, but to create long-term value by protecting and developing existing client relationships. This allows portfolio owners to realize the value of their work, while clients continue receiving service within a strong brokerage organization.

Branch network

Join Our Branch Network

We offer a branch partnership model for entrepreneurs who want to represent Evrensel Sigorta's established experience, brand strength, and operational infrastructure in their own region.

Our branches benefit from technical operations, product access, training, claims management, and central support, while managing local client relationships and sales activities. This allows our partners to grow as part of a strong brokerage organization while offering clients broader product access and more professional service.

The Evrensel Branch Network offers a sustainable and scalable development model for insurance professionals who want either to launch their own business or strengthen an existing structure under a more established brand.

Applications are evaluated based on the candidate's industry experience, target region, current client network, and growth potential. Instead of building a brand from scratch, you can grow with the strength of a brokerage organization that has been operating since 1975.
